Pet Policy
Northgreen Apartment Homes is a pet-friendly community!
Pets must be at least one (1) year of age. Dogs must not exceed 40 pounds at full maturity, as verified by a veterinarian or official breed documentation. Dogs not yet full grown but expected to exceed this limit are not permitted. The following breeds are not permitted under any circumstances:
- Akita
- Alaskan Malamute
- American Bulldog
- American Pit Bull Terrier (and mixes)
- American Staffordshire Terrier (and mixes)
- Chow Chow
- Doberman Pinscher
- Karelian Bear Dog
- Pit Bull (and mixes)
- Presa Canario
- Rottweiler
- Staffordshire Terrier (and mixes)
$400 pet deposit • $40/month pet rent
